Clifton Festival of Music Limited (“CIFM”) takes the security of your personal information very seriously. This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

(We, Us, Our). We are a registered charity and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller.

We may contact you about our offers or events which may be of interest to you but only if you opted to allow this at the time you provided us with your details or since. We will only share your personal information with third parties where we are legally obliged to or for operational efficiency with a venue where we are holding an event.

If you use a payment facility for purchasing tickets e.g. paypal please also refer to the privacy policy for the payment provider.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal information to those staff, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal information on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal information breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
The transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted to this site and any transmission is at your own risk.
